Our house is situated at the
beginning of the center, in walking distance (200 m) to the new Center Gondola "Dorfbahn Gerlos" and
run to the village.
There is a various offer of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Opptional you can book your appartment including daily bred roll service or breakfastbuffet in the neighbour hotel.

In addition to these highlights, the nearby forest playground with suspension bridge and trampolines, a 3D archery course and a versatile mountain bike practice trail with a 500 m long circuit and a pumptrack await you.
In the varied course you have to overcome 8 stations requiring skill, endurance and strength.
In the high ropes course including the flying fox course, courage and skill are put to the test at the 65 stations, and there are also 8 stations suitable for children for the smallest in the family. Children who are 105 cm or taller can explore the course with their parents, having fun – and developing their sense of balance while they’re at it – at heights of 2-3 metres.

Our house is in the optimum position for hiking. Directly in front of our house, 5 different hikes begin. Also the new children forest playground is reachable in a 10 minutes walk.
In our house, you will stay directly in nature, with a veranda or balcony and play area in front of the house. On the veranda the kids can play, you can eat breakfast ,or enjoy the evening light. A great place for the best days of the year.

You are looking for something special - close to the gondola?
Snow safety is more than a promise in Gerlos. 166 kilometers of slopes at altitudes between 1,300 and 2,505 m are on offer from beginning of December until Easter.
Our house is situated at the beginning of the center, in walking distance to the new center gondola "Dorfbahn" and run to the village ( 200 m).
You can book the appartment also including daily bread delivery to your appartment or breakfastbuffet in our neighbhour hotel (walking distance 200 m).
The next supermarket, restaurants, cafes ect. are reachable in walking distance (200 meters).
In Gerlos you don't need your car - free parking in front of the house.
